the haig team is made up of a group of construction professionals who have all worked in the London market for the past 25 years working on some of the most exciting & iconic buildings, the experience of which we draw upon in delivering projects today

Damien has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, the past 15 years in the role of Managing Director for two of the UK’s foremost construction and fit out businesses.
He decided in 2013, that he wanted to deliver a personal tailored service to a number of key clients so Haig was born. Damien is actively involved with all of our projects, working closely with our clients to ensure we deliver a great service.
Graham is responsible for the commercial aspects of our service offer to our clients. Graham has a similar background to Damien, having worked for major UK companies at Director Level in the delivery of fit out and construction projects for over 35 years.
Graham joined Haig as he shares the vision that we can deliver a better service to our clients by focusing on their needs and offering a hands on service.
Greg has recently joined Haig, having worked as Construction Director for two major contracting companies in London and the South East where he has overseen the delivery of projects and roll outs up to a value of £30 million.
He is a great team builder both within our business but also to ensure a team culture is developed across the project team, to ensure the focus is on getting the project delivered.
one of the key drivers when we set up Haig was to develop a business that offered a delivery focused service to our clients for all stages of their built environment needs, using the most appropriate delivery route for their project.
the service offer we deliver to our clients include:
we provide to our clients a full preconstruction service, this includes the development of Construction Management Plans for Planning Applications, and Strategic Programming & Buildability Advice for projects.
we operate with a number of our clients a full integrated service offer for the delivery of their projects, where we offer a “one stop shop” where we manage all aspects of the project from inception to aftercare. This approach reduces the burden and stress on a client, as Haig act as the process manager integrating all aspects of the process, effectively being the clients in-house constructor.
we deliver projects using both construction management/management contracting and fixed price forms of contract, working with our clients to identify the most appropriate route for delivering their project. we offer to our clients in delivering their projects:-
